President and Founder
Neil is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of 3Point. Neil is a retired partner of Wilmerhale law firm and served as outside team council for the Boston Celtics for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Neil has been involved in numerous education and basketball programs for youth.
Joan Arches, Ph.D. Director of Academics
Joan is highly accomplished, professor specializing in the development of curriculum and instruction. She has tenure at the University of Massachusetts, Boston in the College of Education & Human Development. Her passion is developing and implementing social-emotional growth and growth mindset in the 3Point youth.
Director of Athletics
Claude’s career in basketball as an athlete, coach, trainer and entrepreneur spans over 30 years. He specializes in development and training of NBA, NBDL, ABA, NCAA, NJCAA & AAU athletes. Claude is enormously respected in the basketball community in Boston.
Chief Operations Officer
Erica has more than 20 years of experience in sports as a high school and collegiate athlete as well as an intercollegiate athletics administrator. She has been actively involved with various boards and committees promoting athletics, women and minorities.
Director of Development
Keith is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in athletics as a collegiate and post collegiate track & field athlete, coach and college administrator. Keith’s commitment to leveraging resources using athletics, education and civic engagement are core ingredients to his professional history. For his efforts, Keith was appointed by three different governors to the Massachusetts Governor’s Committee on Physical Fitness and Sports. Keith is the former Director of the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center and is now also the Assistant Director of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletics Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA).
